The course is very basic. No real time implementation. For visual regression testing how to implement in the framework or no videos on how to handle different type of element such as dropdown,checkbox,textbox. The course should be more detailed as other courses are present in udemy

Not detailed and no diligence or effort put on articles. For example source code for all files are not provided and don’t cover for all resulting in failed test execution. Example source code for../page objects/ is not present as part of Step 29. All tests source code and no mention about it. Tools like this cover an array of skills like JS, CSS, HTML, Node.js etc. and where puppeteer code is put to use that addresses external areas I would have provided a brief explanation (not a separate lesson). That’s a huge let down

The course is good it does provide you with a general introduction to the automation concepts for testing purposes in JavaScript. That said, one disadvantage I could not pass by was a complete lack of parametrization the one and only thing that really makes automation such a useful technology. Personally, while taking the course I had to do a lot of research on my own and was surprised how poorely the concept was implmented comparing to similar frameworks you can use with Java. Anyhow, great content after all for complete beginers though.

page object is presented in such a stupid way. 10 minutes watching that guy is copying selectors to separate files… wtf?! one example is enough, looking at this for 10 minutes is wasting time

Very good course, but is missing some content (coming soon…) and expected a better file structure to the Cucumber. Of course, how can I have Firefox and Chrome tests together

Absolutely perfect course!! A lot of advanced concepts and framework design lectures which you can’t get anywhere else on the internet. I would like to see more lectures on visual regression testing, but the rest is perfect, thanks for sharing this with us.

Amazing course, a lot of modern concepts of testing. Much better tool compared to Cypress or Selenium.

Unfortunately, this course wasn’t for me. This type of info one can get on any free online tutorial. No additional info or extras provided here. The tutor states things (in a demotivating intonation) without explaining them or offering alternative ways. None of the examples worked of course, very frustrating.

I know it is 10 15$ but I felt that this course is very basic and I wouldn’t recommend. Page object model course was very silly and very dumb. The instructor seems of average knowledge. I was expecting that he would explain different puppeteer functions and examples. But he only explains basic login page and form submission and I didn’t paid 15$ for stupid stuff. I can learn that for free. I suggest the instructor to give smart examples rather than stuff which people can learn for free
