Brilliant, just when I wanted to write an electron app with react, Brad comes with this great course : ) The electron part as well as frontend part is really easy, what I find challenging is connecting react and webpack with electron, luckily Brad have an easy to understand template for that, which is better for beginners as it doesn’t include unnecessary bloat (like Redux). I recommend to use Electron 8.3.0 with this course, as Electron 9 changed some things and some modules Brad uses (e.g. electron devtools installer) were not yet updated for v9, which Brad can’t influence. Overall I really recommend this course.

Brad never fails to get stuck into projects early to just get you coding. I love this style, it really works for me when I want to quickly get up and running with a new technology. His teaching style is laid back, easy to follow and informative, the projects in this course really show off how easy it can be to get great results using Electron. Thanks Brad, much appreciated as always 🙂

Good for practising new things in Electron once you have a basic understanding of Electron. If you are after a more detailed initial understanding of Electron try Master Electron by Ray Viljoen. Perhaps the clearest course I have found on Udemy regardless of topic.

Thanks a lot Brad for this amazing course. I learnt 3 electron projects in just 6 hrs and feel really good about it. Giving a 5 star is the least I can do!
