The course is very resourceful, so much information. I took another course before, but I can say I really enjoyed this one, because, it broken down into sections, so it is easier to jump if you already know something. Personally, I watched so far every video. Now I’m finishing the last section which Spring Legacy. Thanks Chaand for sharing your knowledge on Java
Madimi Divyani –

I’ll preface this review off by saying I am not a pure beginner in Java. I have my Java OCP Associates Developer certification and have been working with Java for around 2 years. I purchased this course not for the foundational components but for things like JSP/Spring and those other tools. My hope was this course would go over all the concepts taught in this course in reasonable detail and walk through a full project start to finish that would utilize them, like actually building a full stack app start to finish. What I found was the sections were very disjointed and has no continuity between them. Once a section was over that concept was seldom mentioned again. Again a lot of key concepts were breezed over in such little detail I spent more time reading the docs on those tools than I did learning from this course. I’m sure it’s alright for the basic concepts but once it moves beyond those there are many far better courses.

I am on the core concepts right now and i think more thorough explanation is required for the core concepts. But as i am not new to java i already have understanding of java’s core concept so i dont care about it much. But i hope so that advanced concepts later down the course are explained thoroughly because that’s for what i really have taken this course.
Ivan Peji –
