Introduction to Miro for Collaboration in 2021

This course is designed for those of you who are sick of projects being poorly managed, or remote teams being detached from in–person teams. Whether you are a real estate agent or a PM at a software outfit, Miro will help you. It can even be applied to help design websites and apps.

You will get a quick grasp on Miro. It is one of the best project management tools out there, with the ability to design and develop whiteboards that give you great visibility into your entire ecosystem.

Everything is well documented and separated, so you can find what you need. Assignments and Quizzes will make sure you stay on track and test your knowledge. The course will have a combination of theory and practical examples.

Build the first Dashboard

We will first sign up and create a basic board, start from scratch and get a company’s HR planning sorted. Improvise and use a customer journey template for the HR team.  Add members, notes and send out notifications. Try different views. Also learn how to create a retrospective dashboard post project completion.
