Engaging. Right to the point. Plenty of tips,. Covers very nicely not only the C# content described in the curriculum, but also goes trough the most used controls in a windows form, from menus, text, progress bar, combo and list boxes. all the way to the mighty data grid. I just finished it, looking forward to the additional content which at this point is still in progress. in my opinion, it is a five stars course. Thanks a million Tom.

Great for web developers that have to learn C# and Visual Studio. A lot easier using label names and a graphical interface than learning console apps. Good lessons plus examples that you can easily build on and learn more. Of course not perfect. A few mistakes but with good enough examples and content so you can easily identify and resolve. I recommend Toms courses. I have purchased at least 6 over the last ten months. Look forward to more and updates if possible.

I took this teacher’s VB.NET course because he was so phenomenal. He doesn’t just lecture, he talks you through how you should think, and he does it in a sequential way that builds your understanding and doesn’t assume that you will just magically understand. He also seems to answer questions as you have them. I really wish he’d do some classes on more advanced concept in VB.NET. Interfacing with hardware that uses VB or C# manufacturer supplied libraries would be very welcome.
