The installation process for Android studio now, is much easier possibly, as I certainly didn’t even do 90% of this stuff, and I got it installed in minutes working fine with my android device connected for debugging etc, but then I am using Windows 10 and used a windows installer file for android studion

Most of the instructions are good enough to follow. However, the course hasn’t been updated for a while now and many updates in Android Studio have made some instructions not so easy to get right. Plus, some steps were omitted. Generally speaking, I learnt a bunch with some struggles!

Course is running on old firmware. The base of it will still help you learn but getting to down to the details you spend too much time looking for other ways to acheive what is done. The layout modes have changed since this course as well as a few other components. The instructions when you start getting into the http integration where just not all there. You coudlnt reproduce his outcomes especially with logging etc.
