Very good learning experience, especially watching how to recover from various coding errors. I had learned and used msSQL years ago and this was a very good refresher based upon the more modern open source methods.

Course gives what it promises and covers MySQL to get anyone started, also a little bit of php, but it is recommended to have some understanding of programming before, otherwise the tempo in the last section might seem a bit rushed. 4/5 Stars because the lecturer didn’t start/finish the delete customer.php file, but by that point I was able to finish it myself so I guess I took something from this course. Problems with the code were solved without editing, so I could follow up whats happening easily.

This is a great course. It was a definite help for setting up my own database and online CRM. The points where the educator makes errors is also very informative as it highlights where errors can easily occur and a fix to the error is given. Didnt give 5 stars as update on information of mysqli is needed.

This class was not a good match for me personally. I’m sure that some people will get something from it, but it is VERY beginner and not at all what I thought a Database Design course should be.
