Well, I’m very happy with the course and its excellent content. Also, I like how examples are provided here! it’s very related to the topic and it doesn’t give you that feeling when the lecturer is trying very hard to make up a fake challenge just to show you that you need to use some functions/features supported in the flutter kit.

Max is an amazing instructor and I like the overall way he teaches. I agree that most part of this course doesn’t need to be recorded again because of Flutter 2, the minor edits Max has made to the classes pointing to updates we need to make are enough. However, the Chat module specifically, in my opinion, needs to be rebuild from start. This was one of my favorite modules and I got very frustrated once I got stuck in the middle, to be more precise in the push notification classes. The fact is Flutter and Firebase have upgraded a lot since the module was recorded and to follow along with older versions of firebase and flutter here is not the best choice in my opinion. The documentation itself also has changed and is really annoying to try and fix the code so it can run properly. I know we as developers are supposed to solve problems, but I think that there is a right time and place to learn things. In the chat module, I just wanted to practice what the classes teach, and not how to fix the code so that it can run with newer version of flutter and firebase. Finally, I also know that there is a class at the of the module guiding us to update the code, but I think it would be way less consuming if we started the module already with the updated code. Once again, I think this course is just great. I’ve learned a lot with Max, and I really am grateful for this and that is why I wanted to give my advice here so the course could be a 100% perfect. Thanks for everything, Max. You rock!
