If you are seasoned javascript developer and you want to get familiar with React, in a couple of hours then this course is for you. This bite size course gets to the point and delivers practical knowledge, instead of tedious long hour courses. i teach by doing and prefer to show instead of tell, hence this course doesn’t contains boring slides, filled with bullet points.
What you will learn
We’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of React, including JSX, props , state , eventing and gradually move to advanced topics like outing , fetching data from real API , working with Forms, building application for production and it’s deployment to various cloud servers.
App we are going to build uses Real API to get up to date financial data about crypto currencies. We’ll learn how to read API documentation and how to use it with React, to create functionalities like pagination and autocomplete search. We’ll get familiar with structuring real world React apps, styling React components and learn new features of javascript ES6.
By end of this course you’ll be able to build React applications from scratch and many of the features we are going to build, is common to other React apps, so you can apply them to other projects you’ll build in the future.

I’ve misjudged this course. I thought its only a 2 hours plus course, easy peasy. I’m so dead wrong! LOL the css was pre configured, so this course focuses on React alone, which is awesome. IMHO, its a bit too advanced for a newbie like me. But get this course, make sure u brush up your JS, React and CSS skills, you will learn a lot. The instructor is super capable, he is like with Super Saiyan capabilities he knows what he is doing. I may need to revisit this course though, just for review. Many thanks Dimi!

Up to this date , no course has helped me in learning react like this course. I have repeatedly done the course 2 to 3 times resetting it till the build section , I am still not able to do the whole app by myself , but I think eventually I will be able to. The best thing is through this one project I learned the most difficult parts of react through a single project example. Please create more courses like this Dimi but maybe with a bit more explanations.

Excellent Project based course to help understand each bit from design, development to production ready deployment. Enjoyed every chapter from start to finish. As an experienced developer though would like to add this if possible, a section with unit test cases with Jest and enzyme and integration test cases with cypress or any other tool will add kudus to this course.
