What The Course Is About
This detailed and comprehensive course will teach you everything you need to know about React and Redux, to the point where you can code an entire web application from scratch. An expert React & Redux developer will guide you through the learning process, so you don’t miss a thing. Still not convinced? Read on to see why this is the course for you.
Why You MUST Learn React & Redux
JavaScript is the hottest programming language in the world right now. $100k+ salaries are up for grabs. But the job market is evolving. Jobs are starting to demand developers know at least one JavaScript framework. If you don’t, you could be in trouble…
React & Redux is the ‘framework’ of choice for the majority of greenfield JavaScript projects. As a result, the demand for React & Redux developers is sky rocketing and outstripping the supply of available developers. This gives you the opportunity to get in now and earn the income you’ve always dreamed of. This is not something you want to let pass you by.

i would not recommend this to beginners. For me, it’s great to work through a course that forces me to struggle but as far as the course itself, (in my opinion) there are lots of touch ups that can be done. However, the app is fantastic objectively and will look great on a portfolio.

So far, so good! Love the content, really helpful! Struggled with the hide/show button challenge, but that was down to my understand of how to do it, had to end up following with the solution so I could wrap my head around it, however after going through that solution it really helped me understand!
Rachel Griffiths –
Excellent explanations throughout, great opportunities to practise skills and apply learning, step by step solutions and modelling of bug fixing to further extend understanding. A great course, many thanks!

I think the instructor is no doubt a great programmer, but unfortunately not an effective teacher I cant relate to his teaching style. And his voice is so monotonous, I literally fell asleep!
Conner Maddalozzo –
Right now im at 50% completion and i like the course. the excersizes ask just enough effort based on what we have learned and have helped keep me learning. also it inherently leads to a live code demo afterwards with the solution. i like how the instructor is going into detail about react and redux, id recommend this course for learning.they show all the tricks you need to be a great react+redux dev
Svend Johnsen –
It is going at a speed I can follow and I can follow to code myself
John P. Baugh –
Excellent course. Very straightforward and simple.
Quiara Kirkland –
Clear, concise explanations. The instructor moves at a good pace, and is easy to follow. I feel that by the end of the course I will have enough React and Redux knowledge to begin applying for jobs.
Lars Kjaersgaard –
My first contact with React and Redux. The course is a very good primer, when you come as a skilled coder with some javascript skills but no react/redux skills or SPA experience at all. The pace is good, the sample app covers well and the exercises good

In July 2019, this course is severely outdated and a lot of researching React is required to make the applications run. There are current best practices such as binding methods in constructors that aren’t used, uncontrolled components vs controlled components, even the the webpack section requires installation of non deprecated components and tweaks to configuration to make the Giphy Master app run. I’d suggest Udemy stop offering this course until the author can put time in to update the course to include modern React development.

a good match indeed, thank you

This is a great course! That said, I recommend it only to people with either a) a computer science background and/or work experience related to programming, or b) people who already have a solid grasp of the JavaScript essential syntax, data structures, and core concepts in general. The course starts slowly and becomes accelerated rather quickly, so I wouldn’t recommend it to the faint of heart or to people with no prior experience. In order to get the most out of it, one must be willing to acquire a new skill set that stems from a preexisting one, and furthermore must be dedicated to putting in the time to understand the code rather than simply copying the instructor. Overall, if you’re looking to add a skillset to your resume and boost your understanding of React, Redux, and JavaScript in general, I highly recommend this course. If you’re still brand new to JavaScript and struggling with some concepts, I would save this course for a later time.

Awesome, It have some concept which is lacking in other course.
