It has been a few years since I did HTML and right away I was comfortable coding and learning CSS so far. Plus the short videos for each topic keeps it fresh and my mind engaged . Once again John thank you for sharing your knowledge as you have in many other courses I have taken on Udemy! Add on since watching the first three sections: I truly love the

in the HTML then set up the out put with the #xyz and control it all through each

tag. I do not know how I never learned this from college to other online tutorials but John makes it apparent on how the two (

tag and CSS work so awesome on your own webpage. I also liked the JS bin online to do all this. No money spent on WYSIWYG or the big boys web builders (no names, you know how they are). I cannot say enough have this has been a total new learning experience for me; especially as I just landed a client that needs a website built. Thank you again John!

Easy to follow. It is nice that it is broken down into small sections. Kind of wish there was a little more explanations about the tags. I know HTML so it was not hard to follow. The CSS tags aren’t familiar so I will have to look up those tags. There are a couple areas where the videos were mixed up or not there. I’ve sent notes to support and instructor but have not seen any responses. And I must have taken a long time to go through all the videos in the course because I feel there was some changes to the list of things being taught. Not sure what was added or removed.

SO far it is very hands on and you tend to somewhat remember things only right away. Though you need a big screen with a close % to aero side by side or its very annoying and you second guess everything.

No info on how to set up environment for website, OS X and Android. Course jumped straight into coding without introduction on what the instructing is going to build.

I specifically purchased this for the drag and drop game. In the outline the drag and drop chapter came right after an HTML5 chapter so I was surprised when the instructor jumped to a new environment which really would need to be purchased for $199 or a subscription to really use. I just wish that would have been more clear prior to my purchase of the course. It looks like a reasonable tool but I was looking for how to do a drag and drop game with Xcode. I would have rather paid for a course on how to use Construct 2 or 3 if I knew this was going to use that tool for the drag and drop. And really, a picture of a cheetah for the whole overview? A few screenshots of the various chapters would have shown folks what tools were being used. The content is probably worth more stars but I’m irritated right now so only two for the horrible overview and lack of specifics about what development tools were being used for which games.
