I learned a lot from this course! Plus when I am stuck at a specific place, the teacher always responds to the problems/questions I have. Worth the money and time I invested here and thank you! –Kevork M.
I teach university students game development, mainly using the Unreal Engine 4, the six different games give a good insight into using C++ to create functionality with Unreal Engine 4. This area of development is a minefield with basic issues like intellisense not integrating with UE4 C++ projects and the vastness and complexity of UE4, these tutorials have helped me create course material, which in turn has helped all levels of students; to get the most from UE4.
Absolutely jumps right in to creating, editing, etc, with ZERO setup and explanation this is exactly what I was looking for, but beware, if you’re not familiar with the Unreal editor or C++. – Luke C.
Great pacing, good sound and voice quality, clear instructions, and good explanations. – Fazaad Feroze

Great pacing, good sound and voice quality, clear instructions, and good explanations.

Like java programmer I received fast introduction how to make games in UE 4 with C++. I would recommend this course to people, who already know something about programming, or as complementary course to other with deeper explanations of C++ code.

This is one among the best courses I’ve taken. Clear, concise, and straight to the point.

I’m sure the lecturer/tutor is very knowledgable in the material but I would argue this is not for beginners. Not because of where it starts in terms of complexity but due to the fact there is no/little explanation as to what code does and this seems to be more akin to youtube tutorials that simply dictate, i.e. Ok and go ahead at type this in and then that and now this. It leaves the user with some code that they don’t understand how it works, which isn’t teaching them and has them wondering ok but what does that line of code actually do/mean? Enivatebly having a group of people who have coded some functioning programs but lack the knowledge or confidence to attempt to code independently without someone telling them what to type.
Eric Martel –
Many errors and there are just vague explanations.
Matthew Dallman –
I’m enjoying the course and finding the information very useful to learn and start getting grounded in Unreal and C++. However there are a few sections where the code has been outdated and I have needed to read around the subject to find out which does allow for troubleshooting skills to develop.

Love the course! Very fun, up to date, instructor speaks clearly in videos. The instructor has a soft voice but still shows his passion and it isn’t monotone either. The only reason I am giving an average/good rating is because he doesn’t read your Udemy questions right away and I had to contact him on Facebook to tell him I had a problem. Be aware that it can take up to 2+ days for him to respond. I also think it is really rude when I asked him for help on Facebook and it shows he read it but he hasn’t responded to me about my problem that effects me from finishing my game. Facebook is the best way to reach him though

I was expecting a lot less about the course, but I got surprised! I is awesome until now. Thanks!
Jowin Roslan –
so far so good. I can follow up
Denis Tynashev –
There is no explanation regarding the code and the UE function, so this course is not suitable for beginners. I have not completed the course yet, perhaps it will be better further… But at the moment it is not worth the money
Anthony Schaible –
Absolutely. Very well paced.
Michael Taylor –
I’m satisfied with what i achieved, but i haven’t gone in depth yet
Daniel Seager –
Some explanatino of what these nodes are in more detail would be helpful.
David Meyer –
the code was full of errors, and the unreal interface has changed. Going to try again.
