I’ve been trying to learn this from YouTube videos and articles but it’s been difficult to piece together. This has been great for following through systematically. Good to learn some easy solutions to problems I’d been having
John Moon –
The instructor is very thorough in his explanations and I really like how he will make it clear how things can be different in edit mode versus object mode. Explanation of key commands is also very helpful
Thomas Suchecki –
Demystifying UV wrapping. Excellent course.
Christiaan Bruinsma –
Really great tutorial serie! I always tried to avoid UV Mapping because to me it was a really complicated subject. But the instructor, Billy, makes this subject really easy to follow with clear instructions and explanations, basically making UV mapping fun to do! The only note is that it would be great if the instructor would show how to load the models and UV textures into Unity. It’s turned out to be really easy, but it should be included into the course.

Detailed explanations for UV unwrapping along with issues that might arise and how to solve them. Awesome.
Matheus Lima –
Way better than I expected the course to be. Billy not only shows you how to do it but explains it thoroughly and really show why he is doing this specific way. The exercises were awesome to practice the concepts he shows earlier in the first section, they were nice challenges to newbies in UV mapping like me, so I definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to dive in UVs. Best course for UV mapping in my opinion. Thanks, Billy!
Mathews Nunes de Holanda Cavalcanti –
All good, now I consider myself a much better UV Unwrapper
Balazs Nyiro –
This course is really deep, well explained, I can offer it absolutely.
Benjamin Weiler –
This course has enabled me to consistently get good unwraps because it set my priorities right and supplied me with simple methods to slice my way through the topology. Billy’s Folds vs Seams Technique is easy to learn and can be applied to any kind of geometry, be it messy or just complicated. The course is peppered with sample models to train on. Each of these models, besides posing its own unwrapping problem is also a little parcours in spotting potential flaws in the model before actually unwrapping it, which sounds mean at first, but in the long run, makes sure that you apply the theory in a close to real life situation. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get good unwraps!

More one of great course about Blender, if you its like me, and have no knowledge about blender or know a basic, buy this because and you be enjoy a lot.
Nithya Rajendrababu –
I didnt understand why the factory settings for blender had to be the second chapter of a uvwrap course. May be there is a reason but that’s not been made obvious yet. If I appreciate the reason I will go and update my rating to a better one.
Wolfgang Rechberger –
Good Focus on the essentials for learning the task
Nicholos Matthews –
Billy is a top instructor! The easiest to follow, and extremely great at making things wonderfully clear. I look forward to taking more of his courses.
Tyrone Walker –
yes, great course
Jeff Gillin –
Great idea for a course. UV unwrapping can be a complicated thing at times.
Liselle Custodio –
It was outdated but still very good. The parts where Billy was troubleshooting were a bit dragging but forced a good habit to always check the topology of meshes. Really appreciate how this course was structured.
