The course is a completely new chapter to me but I consider its a worth to go through it.

Yes the course covered the basics of writing Ethereum Smartly in Solidity along with teaching students the basics for creating some apps as an example. It took me a few times to catch the accent but afterwards it was easy to understand you. On the other hand, the instructor’s accent is very heavy and I’d prefer if the course had more of a utorial approach, instead of just showing a finished code and explaining it. Some of the video tutorials have problem with matching voice and also need to adjust the camera so that it should not cover the screen as I cannot see some part of the theory lecture. Overall, the intention of the instructor and the course content selection is not bad.
