Nick is what we will call , better than amazing teacher. He is witty, he explains every important detail. If he explains this good virtually , I would like to attend his classroom training.

Instructor is fun to listen to. He should do the imports first for code completion purposes

Like Nick’s other Django course, this doesn’t disappoint.

Excellent course! The only things I would add to it, even though it might be out of scope, are a little bit better styling for the pages and at the very end, how to rename your heroku app. Asides from that, it was outstanding. Can’t wait for part 2! C’mon Nick, keep it up! Thanks!

I have some basic knowledge of Python and DJango, but never touched the pip and env files. Now, I understood the env files.

This is the third of Nick’s courses that I’ve taken. He explains things in a way that are understandable, and doesn’t just simply tell you what code to write.

It’s good, but honestly, you need to do some research yourself as sometimes there are sometimes not in depth explanations or explanations at all. You need to use trial and error, rewatch videos, or ask others to fully understand the concepts behind the lectures.

What can I say? This man knows his stuff. Very pleasing to listen to and actually talks at a very comfortable pace. The flow of the project is very logical. Another course I did on udemy the guy coded like 98% of the project and only then started the server to see how things were going. Nick on the other hand hardly turned off the server. Every little bit of functionality and design would get checked right away in the browser so you always had a visual of what exactly it is that you are coding. This is a very stellar looking project as well. Something you’d be proud to show others.

An interesting course, and you end up with quite a useful website at the end of it, as well. I would have liked a bit more detail on AJAX, and some parts of the course seemed to be a bit rushed, and would probably have benefited from a few more lectures to expand on some of the topics. But on the whole, en enjoyable course that I would definitely recommend.
