Mobile App Development with AWS and Java

Mobile app development has always been a hot topic among developers, students and other IT professionals. More and more people are trying to enter into this domain everyday. So, if you are building your profession in this domain of mobile application development, you have to maintain an edge over other app developers out in the Industry. All mobile app developers keep on improving their skills with prime focus on the IDE they are working. It could be Eclipse, Android Studio, Xamarin, Xcode or anything else. But only few developers look at embedding Cloud services, and are mostly unware of the real potential of Cloud platforms. AWS (Amazon Web Services) is the most popular cloud computing platform, where you get a wide range of tools and services in various domains from Storage and Databases, to Mobile Development and Testing, and a lot more.

With a traditional IDE that is installed on your computer, you can test your mobile application on limited number of smartphone devices (Emulators and Simulators). But when you have to make sure that your app performs well across all the devices, you can conduct Testing across a wide range of devices with AWS Device Farm. If you want to add secure third party authentication, you can use AWS Cognito. Similarly you can perform Analytics, and Manage your other app features on AWS. You can also integrate almost any AWS service from Compute to Database or Machine Learning. But you won’t be learning everything about AWS, because its beyond the scope of this course.
