This course is beautifully designed for beginners! I completed this course within 15 days, all thanks to 365 Simona who has been super enthusiastic regarding her approach. I loved the way, she drew narrations from various movies. You’ll definitely won’t feel bored taking this one. Well, about the course, it is not intensive, but it covers the whole course extensively.

As much as I like the instructor s passion to teach and intelligence, there are a few words that I need to say about this course. First, the instructor tend to put too much information (for an armature) in one sentence. Sometimes the definition of key terminologies are hard to understand because the videos miss an indication of what they are with clear examples. So I cannot follow her sometime. The examples she uses in the videos are comprehensible but not relatable for non western audience like me.

The course is great so far. Maybe you could provide some extra exercises or data sets in order to practice next to the small tasks at the end of each topic?

easy to understand but i found the chapter 8 was a little bit to quick for me, it would be better if you have more examples and explained better about the arguments in the command

Yes, this course was a good match for my learning expectations for R. It will be very useful in my data manipulation and statistical analysis tasks for my job. With an added tutorial on regular expressions, I expect to be highly proficient in manipulating data, among other things.

I’m the kind of learner who cannot absorb the lesson without also referring to a text. A complete / attached transcript would be really helpful. There are frequently disconnects between the captions and the verbal. These take a microsecond or two to resolve and are a tad distracting. Otherwise, I find the presentation logical in the order presented.

This course was well paced and provided me with a solid foundational understanding of basic R programming. To become an expert with R, you would need to take more advanced classes in addition to this class.

Excellent! Highly recommend this course to all. They have made R Studio so easy and understandable. I actually looked forward to this class each day! It would be a crime to not commend the makers/authors/ team who thought and planned this class for us; well planned and greatly executed! Incredible!

This is at least the 11th courses I am taking in Udemy. However, despite some spelling mistakes in the video, there are some concepts or functions which were used in teaching were not previously explained. This is supposed to be a entry level for R learners. Besides, seems that the instructor has given up this course and the questions were not being answered during a reasonable time period. In this case, I do not think it is well designed and explained. I am still in the half and I do not feel I recommend this course.

The ‘Q&A’ section for this course is absolutely abysmal. I left multiple questions while taking the course, and none got answered. The only questions that got answers were ones for reaching the course’s halfway point. Whether this course is for review or to start learning R, I recommend using a different course.

Excellent course…the right amount of info. The frequent quizzes and assignments, especially the assignments, are a huge help. Something that would be ice (a student could make it) would be a cheatsheet listing the functions with examples (similar to the Resources but not focused on the exercises as such). But that is not a complaint. Enjoying the class and looking forward to completion.
