When I was first learning web development and software engineering, I used courses, tutorials, stackoverflow threads, and public github projects. It was invigorating – teaching myself the skills that would start a career.

Outstanding Course, I finally was able to clarify my basic concepts in React. Loved the course , Followed the projects like a best student , line by line , made my own notes , coded the entire project, Not a line copied. Actually that helped me understand more. Moving on to Mastering Redux as I already know redux. Lot of the courses don’t compare legacy and latest, its one or the either. I would enjoy to go through a course or any contents that compares both legacy classes and latest hooks with typescript(optional). Coding is easy but it is difficult to keep up with changes. Thanks once again.

The explanation of the core React concepts are circular and as a newcomer to the React framework, David is wildly confusing. There is a lot of jargon thrown at you and I would recommend having a strong grasp of the Javascript language if you are determined to burn the money on this course. Also, the project that gets you familiar with the framework has 0 benefit as it is just a code along. I recommend to spend the few extra dollars and take Angela Yu’s Web Dev course instead as there is a in depth React section included in her course.
