Anyone can just login to JIRA and explore it random and will learn all the things they are teaching in video. exploring the application by yourself may take you few hours and this video covers them in one hour. thats the only advantage you have.

This course is outdated, there is a newer version of JIRA already. Though there are basic principles shared with it for it deals with the same program, you unlikely benefit much from this course unless you are a fresher. I’d still try to find an up to date course. Regards.
