At the start it was a little unclear whether we were proceeding with MAMP or LocalbyFlywheel as our local development environment. It is a good course though in the beginning I had found it to be very confusing (especially, with 3 different installations for WordPress). For new students, I think, it is better to complete section 1 and then start with video 13 and when you are a bit comfortable with wordpress and looking for different installation methods, watch the initial videos.

Greg is very engaging and knowledgeable. I can really say that this course is covering all the main aspects, and in some ways it was even better than I expected. However, some lessons are have not been yet updated. There is written information to warn about the changes that took place and plugins or themes that aren’t available anymore, but I find that this cannot substitute a video lesson. The four stars are because of that.

Being unfamiliar with the environment of site development I am finding it a little difficult of defining a workflow for development. You are instructing all things at the same time. I would prefer you to make me acquainted with workflow of developing a simple website and then explaining the back end such as Database, file locations etc.
