First of all, I naturally learned about Dialogflow, what it can do and I got a little preview of how it does it. It was not at all exhausting and I feel like even though there are two bigger projects in this course, neither was truly finished and neither used the full ppotential of the tool. However, the most annoying part is that every lab requires you to configure everything anew, and especially with labs 4 and 5 I did not really see the need to break them into separate parts, since there was little to do in either of them. I do not know if it was only my problem, but for labs 4 and 5 I could not read the instructions, because they did not load. Another thing is that it seems like the GCP changed its interface a little bit since the course was created and they did not update the instructions accordingly. This is not something that will stop you from completing the course, but it’s pretty annoying and somewhat time consuming. I liked the first week a lot better than the second, because I did not experience any technical problems with it and I felt like I could have really gotten a hands on experience with Dialogflow.

Good chat bot course

very good experience of developing a chatbot
Abhay S –
It was a good course. Covered all necessary topics and explained enough. However, the way labs are setup and limited help when facing errors, it makes difficult to progress.

This was a great course and with lots of content tough in an easy way. Maybe there could be a link for the Python script that explains the script.

Beautifully designed course! Helped me a great deal to understand how to build conversational experiences across a range of devices using Dialogflow!
Akshat B –
A good course covering the basics of Dialogflow. The labs on Pizza ordering bot were great and gave a practical hands on experience of Dialogflow

Very useful to start learning it from a scratch to advanced level. Help me a lot for linking external knowledge base sources and publish a web chatbot on my website by using all Google platform.

This course is basic level and didn’t meet my expectation. I am expecting advanced functionalities such as mass import of intents, training pharses and responses via scripting because intents to upload into chatbot may have thousands of records. It is lacking in depth on governance for how to structure the intents.

O curso e muito caro, pago em dolares e tem muitos buracos no conteudo e pouca tutoria, acho que e o meu primeiro e ultimo curso que compro no coursera. The course is very expensive, paid in dollars and have many holes in the content and little tutoring, I think it is my first and last course I buy in coursera.

I had to create a POC for miy firm, involving conversational agent. This course was just what I needed to start working. Very Useful and simple.
Suraj D –
It was a brilliant course but the only problem I had were with the labs. There were some inconsistencies which made it difficult as a first time user. This occurred only in Week 2 labs. But the content and the explanations were brilliant.
ENRICO C –
The course is overall well structured and provides a good understanding on the capabilities of Dialogflow. I experienced few technical issues, but the technical support was very responsive and helpful.
Samantha D –
The lab activities were not that well prepared. I believe this course should be longer. The hour and a half intended for each lab is not enough to fully explore all of DialogFlow features.
Ting C –
Lab4 and 5 didn’t work, otherwise it is a good course, especially week1 is very helpful!

I really battled with the quicklabs tasks. The installations kept crashing or failing, and I had no idea why or what went wrong

This was a great course, explaining clearly the building of conversational agents. I now have a clear view of the expectations I can have for such a project. Up to date instructions, in link with the platform, would have made a 5 stars hit.

I am stocked in the first lesson, afeter paying I can’t find the Qwiklabs link, I am waiting my time and thereis nobody to tell me where to go

i wanted to learn this, how it was commited and i was very happy to get the chance to learn about dialogflow. But now, i think, this is only a google cloud promotion. Things to know before starting course: You have to know about Python, AngularJs Best if you know every thing about google cloud. The Lady who explains is working with snippets at week 2 so u can press stop and try to do it like her think you will not success. The Community is a shame For every problem with the course some indian first level supporters type: Send a request to Qwirklabs Really? Even when the Python code wich is given not is working? (Environment is fine). Until now, i don’t know, how to store my project and run it with the other runtime this is not that good explained. So there is no chance to pass the exam… even if u want

Good overall introduction to GCP and Dialogflow.

The material was great and I learned quite a bit but I don’t use python and would have preferred other examples of languages. Still one of the best courses I have taken
Peter C –
The course is not a great deal more than what you can get from the google videos on dialogue flow. One of the instructors has an accent that is quite difficult to understand

It’s really an awesome learning opportunity with Coursera.org. I secured a lot of knowledge, skills and practical hands on practice using “Google Cloud Platform” right here in Coursera courses. Thanks coursera.org

Thanks a lot! I have a good idea now on what is involved in building up a chatbot! I really enjoyed the ride!

excellent training. Good pace.

Quiklabs are very buggy. Instructions do not match the software and I had to stop performing the tasks listed in the lab material (twice) because of bugs in Dialogflow. Terrible..

Great overview of chatbot with cool hands on exercises. Examples were awesome pizza ordering and a internal HR chatbot. Great job.

Great tutorial course on how to use Google DialogFlow. They cover enough so you could build your own chatbot agent and deploy it.
Feroz K –
It was a great experience to learn about Dialogflow. It makes things a lot much easier to do in real life.
ALFHARIZKY F –
I loved it! Easy to follow, full hands on. I liked the two use cases because of the variety of complexity. I would love to see more on DialogFlow and using, for example, hosting the webhook somewhere else rather than GCP and so on.

The course helped me to improve my skills.

Great introduction to Dialogflow and the labs are pertinent. I wouldn’t have mind going at a slower pace and go a bit more into the details especially for week 2 as it’s a bit confusing if you don’t know the Google Cloud terminology. However, it’s an excellent course overall.

Very good material and explanations an bery interesting matter. Nevertheless I got a bit dissapointed with Labs, becaause most of the time was devoted tu cut and paste commands and doing things ob GCP without really understanding. I think you should (1) Provide more automation of GCP actions (2) Include a module explaining the basis of GCP and the libraries used.

it was nice and brief , good to make understand the product to the developer

The course is fine for a basic introduction to Dialogflow but the time restrictions on the labs are a hindrance and they are also buggy. This is not the course if you are looking are looking for deeper handling of multiple contexts / bots, development and deployment outside of G Cloud.

I wish you provided a back up zip file to import from.
