It’s good so for and looking for going forward. One change I want to do is to use tomcat application server instead of jobs. Can’t expect to learn things more simpler than this.

The code examples are so simple. Programs run and exit immediately, no continuing. You cannot design a real application by using these code templates. Explanation of concepts are usually good but in some parts more explanations needed. I expected more features like concurrency in examples, which is a must for many jms applications.

It’s a pretty thorough treatment of JMS. I learned a lot from it, and the exercises were good and helped clarify the concepts. The only suggestion I would have is maybe include a short video comparing ActiveMQ with other providers like RabbitMQ.

The course is very good structured. Most of lessons are well explained and deeply got. I wished a simulation of a real implementation, waht should the producer and the consumer install and configure localy to get started, which ports and a little bit DB storing…etc.
