Great Course! Instructor made this topic super simple and engaging. I would give this course a 5 star rating if the instructor also provided examples on how to Search the database. I hope, he will soon include some examples on how to connect to MS Access and SQL Server as well.

Bien explicado, pero conciso

Good course for students already familiar with the Visual Studio environment. Basic information about how to create a sqlite database in Valentina Studio (free product) is provided, along with how to install the needed NuGet package to allow sqlite functions to be used within a program. With those basics established the instructor shows how to set up a data input form (WinForms, C#) and how to add, edit, and delete information in the sqlite database from there. I recommend the course for students who want to get a start in using sqlite databases in their projects a very simple and portable format.

UPDATE text commant was not working in the way it was explained. It took me long time to figure out a way to make it work.

I thought you had to manually add all the C# stuff per project, I didn’t even know about the nuget thing. So far so good

Most helpful class that I have taken yet. It was fast and explained the use of SQLite. I had wanted to use SQLite for several projects. This was first reliable instruction I found that actually worked. Only complaint, the room the creator presented in, sometimes had what sounded like an old grandfather clock ticking in the background rather loudly.

I wanted to learn how to create, access and deploy a SQLite database from code. After completing this course all I have to learn now is. How to create, access and deploy a SQLite database from code. I did learn a few things that I didn’t know before. But if you know basic SQL this course will not be much help to you. Other then connecting to a SQLite DB that you can find on the web.

This course is a great introduction to using SQLite in C#, especially for new programmers. I am a seasoned programmer and it has just enough to keep me interested. No Advanced topics covered. I am looking forward to a more advance course on SQLite in C#, using multiple tables and parent child table edits.

The course did show you how to use C# with SQLite, but with the old style bare bones direct connections without addressing the new methods using ORM’s like Entity Framework. In addition, a large portion of the course was watching the instructor type and make the Old Style Microsoft Form rather than something newer like WPF. It would be my hope that the instructor continue to develop the course adding and increasing the relevance by copying and pasting the pre created code and simply and QUICKLY explaining it as to stay on topic.

Good basic introduction allows the development of a simple application using C# and SQLite doesn’t dive into lots of OO concepts would be good to have a WPF version and to have a longer summary where some code was cleaned up. but not a bad intro / beginners video.

I had to get used to the English spoken. Things not to understand, should not be discussed, they should only be stated or just skipped.
