The course is not perfect but you’ll learn a lot, including Redux if you don’t know it yet. There are minor issues that could be improved but overall I totally recommend the course. You’ll be ready to build React Native apps after completing it!

Very informative course, I would recommend this to anyone who want’s to start a career in mobile development. Tip: Change the videos speed to 1.25x the teacher speaks really slow in the normal speed haha.
Yuichiro M –
I could learned the basic development method of React Native. The curriculum is well defined and now I get to have confidence to develop by React Native. Due to the rapid improving of React society, the course materials are getting old and you need to survey the latest way to achieve the same things.
Mohd I B A –
Using outdated expo library
Erinfolami A R –

Good course for the beginner Cons : should need to give A Z knowledge about redux in this course, because redux is covering in React course.
Terry M –
Material was presented clearly, I now have a decent working knowledge of how to build a mobile app.
Nishan C P –
the explanation was really good
Seongkuk H –
I learned a lot of general features about ReactNative from this course. The professor explains perfectly. if you acheive this course, you could develop mobile apps you want. I followed this course with React Hooks and Expo SDK 36. It means you don’t need to worry about what version is released now in RN. Thank you for the best course of RN.
ABHISHEK S –
Very useful.
Harsha L –
This course uses the old versions of many modules. Before starting this course, you should be confident enough to conduct your own research and work through any problems which you may encounter.
Dave D –
Needs to be updated. I myself don’t mind having to search for the latest way to do something. But the reason many people take a course because they want to be shown how things are done. Too much has changed for this course to be presented without an update.
Jose A –
As with previous courses in the specialisation, content is outdated. Some exercises don’t work as defined. Some assignments evaluate tasks nor defined in description.
Theodosios T –
Some of the course material is deprecated. So you’d have to spend some time on your own to fix issues.
Geoff S –
This course was a good introduction to using React Native but more importantly reinforced usage of React and Redux learned in the other courses. Gave a brief overview of the capabilities of using Expo and React Native to write simple mobile apps, and briefly outlines the weaknesses of the system and point out some potential workarounds for these weaknesses.
Kajal D –
Very Good
Artemio S B J –
Hope they can update the resources. There are already updated versions being used while some of the modules/functions were already deprecated or will be deprecated.
Syed S –
Please update the course. It is having too much outdated information
Nguyen B L –
Great course. Although some video is out of date, but the concept is ok if you read the documents.
