In SAS, macros is an advanced topic and is not so easy, yet it increases work efficiency and saves time. Sharon makes this difficult topic easy to understand. She starts with the basics and meticulously progresses to more advanced concepts using a data project for illustration. I can now write SAS Macros. Sharon speaks a good English and is easy to understand. In my experience from this and her other courses Sharon responds to questions in a timely fashion and seems to be genuinely interested in success of her students.
