What is Scrum and who is the Scrum Master?
Scrum is a framework in which people can deal with complex problems while delivering valuable products. Scrum is straightforward to understand but very difficult to master. Scrum has been used for managing work on complex products since the early 1990s. Scrum is nor a method neither a technique; it is a framework.
The Scrum Master is said to be a servant leader for the Scrum Team. Also mentioned in the Scrum Guide, Scrum Master helps everybody to understand Scrum values, rules, and theory. Scrum has been used in almost everything we use in our daily life to develop software, hardware but also in marketing or other areas.

When every attempt is 90% up, you are good to go.

Many spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in the modules have made it harder to follow than it should have done, this also goes for the quiz questions. But the underlying content is useful.

I’m very familiar with the general content, but I’m enjoying the instructor’s perspective and how this should shape for the PSM certification. The structured parts are put together pretty well; but there are parts that don’t seem to fit with the core content, and the scripting for those parts (ie. what Scrum is) are not very coherent. I’m also noticing that while the content is about Scrum and Agile, the relationship of it to the goal (preparation for PSM 1 test) was only mentioned in one section (again, the part on what Scrum is). Overall, a good overview so far. I’m halfway, will update my review as I go.

I have scored 93.8% in PSM I. I have completed all the preparations for the PSM 1 and then I bought this course. I listened to each and every topic carefully, it was beneficial that some one was recalling what I learnt so far with good graphics and speech over and then took the practice tests. There are 240 + scrum questions and nothing can come out of these in the real exam! Definitely a big thumbs up to the tutor for taking so much of efforts to craft this course top notch!
